Downtown Dallas deck park Klyde Warren Park will expand with a double-story glass and steel pavilion, terrace, and skating rink. The expansion, which comes 14 years after the park's debut in 2012, will be nearly two acres to the west toward Field Street, covering the final recessed portion of the freeway.
