  • PlugHub Bite Bzar - PlugHub is partnering with Foodify US for a multicultural food fest featuring dozens of tasty food vendors, DJs and live music, and a best bites food contest. There will be more than 50 food vendors covering all the bases from Asian to Caribbean to Mexican. It takes place at EpicCentral in Grand Prairie on November 15, from 5-10 p.m. Tickets here.

  • American Black Film Festival Pop-Up - The ABFF will be in town with a brief pop-up Saturday and Sunday, November 15-16 at AMC NorthPark. There will be film screenings, industry convos, master classes, panels, and more. Tickets here.

  • Dallas Zoo Lights - Celebrate the magic of the holidays at the Dallas Zoo. a glowing wonderland filled with dazzling lights, larger-than-life themed areas, and festive surprises around every corner. Experience double the magic with the new combo ticket. Visit the animals in the afternoon, then stay to wander through a sparkling holiday wonderland. Saturday 5:30-9 p.m. General admission starts at $18.

  • Holiday in the Park - Join us for the 2nd Annual Holiday in the Parks — a magical evening at Glade Parks filled with twinkling lights, festive cheer, and family fun. Enjoy an unforgettable night featuring holiday music, kids’ activities, inflatables, reindeer, seasonal crafts, sweet treats, snow slide and a special visit from Santa himself! Don’t miss the spectacular holiday-themed drone show by Sky Elements, lighting up the night sky in a dazzling display of color and magic. Glades Parks, 2701 Rio Grande Blvd.

  • Beyond the Bookshelf: Pop-Up Bookish Market - Beyond the Bookshelf is a pop-up market event from The Traveling Bookshelf Author Event. The event provides a fun experience for authors, vendors, and readers who want to take their love of reading Beyond the Bookshelf into your closet, jewelry box, plant ledge, cup holder, etc. Sunday, November 16 at 12 p.m. at Firehouse Gastro Park, Grand Prairie.

  • Dallas Picnic Social - Holding their inaugural Dallas picnic November 15. The organizers are turning a Dallas park into the city’s biggest outdoor hangout, bringing enough blankets for 75 people and DJs. You bring your favorite snacks, and friends — or come solo and meet new ones. 3505 Maple Avenue 2:30-6 p.m. Tickets here.
