It's about that time of month again. That's right, more new restaurant openings!
Here's what opened recently throughout the month, from tacos to bar bites and more.
The Village restaurant reopened October 17 after closing for renovations in 2024. They've got a new menu and dining room, plus an open kitchen. Some of their signature dishes include Wagyu Tallow Seared Oysters & Foie & Sea Island Cornbread, wood-fired half chicken, and Hokkaido scallop pasta. There's also a Sunday dinner that feeds a family of 3-4 for $99. Located at 5650 Village Glen Dr.
Opened October 20, Landmark serves American eats and bar bites. The menu features trash can nachos, chicken alfredo flatbread, chicken wings, burgers, pasta, and chimichurri steak frites. For an extra dose of fun, they have a mechanical bull. Located at 5100 Belt Line Rd. #410, Addison.
Opened October 22, Tavern is a Canadaian Pub from Sandman Signature that offers both global-inspired and classic eats. The menu features Vietnamese spring rolls, calamari & shrimp, cheeseburgers, jambalaya, and steak. Located inside the Sandman Hotel in Las Colinas.
This college-town taco spot has expanded across Texas since it first opened in 2010. They have breakfast tacos, chicken tacos, beef tacos, and a vegetarian option. It's now open in Burleson along South Freeway and Burleson Blvd.
They got their start as a to-go kitchen in West Dallas in 2021. Now they have a brand new home open in the Sylvan Thirty Development in West Dallas, not far from where they started out. Bowls range from mild to packed with flavor and spice including Mediterranean OG, Dank Steak, Smoke in a Bowl, and more. Opened October 5.
It's more of a bar than an actual restaurant, but they do serve food! I opened in Deep Ellum on October 23. Dishes include nachos, chili, salads, burgers and sandwiches, and pizza. And of course, they have plenty of drinks. Located at 505 N. Good Latimer Expy.
Pizza chain fresh out of New York debuted the first Dallas location on Knox Henderson. They use a family recipe on their slices and whole pizzas. They have plenty of spins on the classic pepperoni plus other options like spicy vodka, vegan, the green machine, and veggie original. Located at 2820 North Henderson Ave.
A new diner in the former Waffle Way spot is finally open. They serve breakfast and lunch dishes like waffles, chicken fried steak skillets, French toast, and egg scrambles. It's located at 1206 W. Northwest Hwy.
