The Dallas Mavericks hosted a food and beverage event for media ahead of the Dallas Mavericks game against the Golden State Warriors on Thursday, Jan. 22. They showcased new pop-up restaurant collaborations with Carbone and The Mexican, limited-edition menu items, craft cocktails, and elevated classics for the second half of the season.
Design District restaurants The Mexican and Carbone Vino are part of a year-long series of pop-up collaborations. Loro will be another collaboration in February and Wakuda will be featured in April. Each spot features the following items:
o The Mexican – Jan. 22 vs. Golden State Warriors
▪ filet and bone marrow tacos. Limited quantity available for $20 at the Modelo Gold Lion Bar.
o Carbone Vino – Jan. 24 vs. Los Angeles Lakers
▪ chicken parmigiano sliders with buffalo cucumbers. Limited quantity available for $20 at the Modelo Gold Lion Bar.
"Our goal is to continually raise the bar on game day experience for Mavericks fans," said Dallas Mavericks Chief Venue Officer Theo Hodges in a release. "From premium restaurant collaborations to handcrafted cocktails and rotating special items, we want every visit to feel fresh and intentional for our fans. This is about creating moments that match the energy on the court with even more to come as the season continues."
